Replacement Policy
- Eligibility: Replacements are available within 21 days of the original purchase date.
- Conditions: To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. All tags must remain attached to the jacket, and the box must be present.
Return Policy
- We accept returns only for defective items. If you receive a defective piece, please inform us within 3 days of purchase. Once your return is authorized, we will arrange to pick up the order from your location.

Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are granted only for defective products, provided that you submit proof of the defect within 3 days after the delivery date.
- Process: To initiate a refund, please place a query on our contact page. Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within one week and will be issued in the original mode of payment.
Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@kalico.in with your order number.
- Post-Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Refund Process: If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Return Process
- Initiation: To initiate a return or replacement, please visit our contact page and submit a return request. Ensure that all the required information is provided to facilitate a smooth process.
- Shipping Costs: Once your return is approved, Kalico will cover the shipping costs for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
